Complaints and Disputes

Step 1: Contact us directly

Email community@glowvitaao.world with "Complaint" in the subject line. Include the date, page, and issue summary. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days.

Step 2: Internal review

We review the issue, gather records, and provide a written response where possible within 20 business days.

Privacy complaints in New Zealand

If your complaint relates to personal information and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand).

General dispute pathway

Where relevant, unresolved disputes may be handled under New Zealand law and appropriate NZ forums.
